My path began as a licensed mental health therapist, holding space for clients longing for steadiness and emotional relief. When the world felt especially loud, I reached for something sensory: hand-pouring candles after long days, inhaling fragrances that cocooned me in peacefulness. This became more than a hobby - it became a form of self-care, a tactile ritual that grounded and soothed my spirit.
Curiosity, paired with deep care for women moving through life's transitions, led me to explore the power of scent in new forms. Guided by a therapist's understanding of emotion, I began to create with intention, blending ingredients that encourage each client to take an unhurried breath and welcome ease. Every candle, room spray, bath tea, and essential oil blend is crafted in small batches with toxin-free ingredients, so self-care becomes both a pleasure and a gentle act of support.

Starting a wellness candle and essential oil business wasn’t part of the original plan, but sometimes the best ideas come from necessity.
