1. Choose & Prepare Your Diffuser
Read the Manual: Always start by reviewing your specific diffuser’s instructions.
Select Water: Use room-temperature, filtered or distilled water to prevent mineral buildup and extend diffuser life. 

2 Measure & Add Water
Unplug the diffuser before filling.
Remove the Lid (or top cap) and pour water into the reservoir up to the “MAX” or fill-line (typically 100–200 mL).
Avoid Overfilling—too much water can reduce mist output or damage the unit.
3. Add Your Essential Oil Blend
Recommended Dosage:
100 mL reservoir → 4–6 drops of blend
200 mL reservoir → 8–10 drops of blend
How to Add: Drip the oils directly onto the water surface—no need to swirl.
Tip: Start with fewer drops if you prefer a subtler scent, then adjust up to the recommended maximum.
4. Run Your Diffuser
Replace the Lid securely.
Plug In and switch on your diffuser.
Select Mode/Timer:
Continuous Mist for constant aroma
Intermittent Mist (on/off cycles) to extend run time
Timer Settings (e.g., 1 hr, 3 hr, 6 hr) for automatic shut-off
5. Enjoy & Breathe
Position your diffuser on a flat surface, away from edges and electronics.
Sit Back and inhale slowly through your nose, filling your lungs with the mist.
Set an Intention: Pair with a short affirmation or mindful breath (e.g., “I am calm,” “I am present,” “I am renewed”).
6. Cleaning & Maintenance
After Each Use:
Unplug and empty any remaining water.
Wipe the reservoir with a soft, damp cloth.
Weekly Deep Clean:
Fill reservoir halfway with water + 1 tbsp white vinegar.
Run diffuser for 5–10 minutes to break down oil residue.
Empty, rinse thoroughly, and wipe dry.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals to preserve seals and electronics.
7. Safety Precautions
Keep Out of Reach of children and pets.
Use in Well-Ventilated Areas; avoid small, unventilated rooms.
Limit Continuous Use to 60 minutes at a time to prevent over-exposure.
Check Compatibility before using blends around asthmatics, pregnant individuals, or pets.
